No response to my e mails for months

I have written several complaints on your website and have had no response or resolution.

I need urgent assistance regrading my car. The latest quote received is in excess of R8000 plus from Hyundai Parden Eiland.

It has done 85000 km and after taking it to Hyundai service centre in Parden Eiland on Friday 22 November 203 it was found that the engine will have to come apart. The car has been smoking very badly. Ashley the service manager checked it. A few months earlier, I had to have the front section of the car rewired. The hooter wire and aircon wire had fused together causing all kinds of shorts.

It shocks me that such a young car with low mileage should present such problems reminiscent of a 20 year old car.

I really think this car is a dud and although I bought it as a new car, that something strange went on with it before I purchased it.
