I am not planning to get an etag. I have spoken to the call centre, a VPC agent and someone who answered my sms re enquiry about my account. No one could give me a satisfactory answer. I tried to log in on the webpage, but hey they don't cater for non registered users. How can I ever contemplate paying within the 7 day grace period if they haven't supplied me with an invoice. So because of that my bill is referred to VPC
