We bought 2 etags several months ago from CNA. Despite the country begin up in arms, we still registered. Last night I registered 2 etags to our account. The system kept on kicking me off for about 3 hours. The system messed up and took my etag, to my husband's car. After almost 25 mins on the phone, they tell me that the etag that is in my husband's car does not exist because its at the retailer's warehouse. Now I am left to drive without an etag. I will NOT pay for a new etag and I expect it to my delivered to my house. This is utter nonsense and a major inconvience. Now I am going to get an enormous bill for something that is their fault.
I am starting to majorly regret my decision to be an upstanding citizen. Sanral I do not want to hear from you in 3-5 days, I want you to fix this NOW!!!
