This year it happened again that the SABC did not send me a invoice in time to remind me to pay my annual license fee. They have got my email and postal address but every time I hear from them is when I receive a final notice when there is already penalties added. I fail to understand why they can not send me an invoice in time - but have no problem using the same communication channels to send me the final notice with penalties? I think that this is a money making scheme and dishonest. - I am really unhappy and if I had a choice I would not use your services, if I was not "forced" to as you have a pathetic and dishonest billing department.
