No product for pedicure

I've made a booking for Friday the 13th of December they phoned and
canceled a hour prior the appointment and promised to reschedule with me
this never happend, and when I went there again only to discover that they do
not have any of the materials to complete the pedicure, this is not on. how
can you advertise something if there is no product to deliver to the
customer.
