So after Richard (Store manager), advised me to repair the defect Megaphone by myself, I decided to drive 400Km from the Klein Karoo to Goodwood to return the defect Megaphone I bought from Zaks a couple of days ago.
Obviously recognising me and the Megaphone (placed on the counter), he pretended to be very busy at his computor.
He instructed a salesperson to refund me (R1079)..
I was informed that most of the Megaphones were defect, and removed from the shelves.
Richard walked past me a couple of times and proceeded with other chores...
Zaks, a simple |" WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED" would have gone a long way.
And as for your "store manager", Richard, well... manners, manners, manners, are for free.
