I ordered cat shoes on 18 july 2013 and richard filled in the order form and assured me the shoes will be there on the 26th. when i arrived at the store there was no shoes. richard assured me that he did sent the order on the 18th. Leandra (store manager) couldn't find the sent e-mail. richard just pulled up his shoulders and wasn't interested in offering an excuse
