Turkstra Bakery
Product bought was Short Bread Biscuit. Poor quail

I purchased 15 boxes of the above product as well as other products in large quantities. When we open the first tray of the short bread biscuit it was very bitter. I called and spoke to Allen a lady that works there and she mention that she will chat with Mr. Turkstra. After a day I called and spoke to Mr. Turktra and ask if Allen had mention my concern regarding the product. He was rude and without giving me a chance to explain the taste of the product, he said that once the product leave the store he is not interested. Before I could even get in a word he put down the phone. I called back immediately and neither he nor his staff Allen took my call.

I know that the customer is ALWAYS King but not ALWAYS right,

However in this case I am certain that am am right.

With an attitude like this, i will not purchase any of Turkstra products again, and will be supplying the remaining boxes of the short bread to the local paper as well as health department.

Peter, if you like I can send you 1 tray as well for you to Judge if the product taste bitter or not.
