Since Sunday 29th December our home has not being having electricity, on five occasions we have phoned Eskom Customer Centre @0860037566 and we have not received the assistance we were expecting. It is "New Year's Eve" and obviously we have lots and lots of stuff that require refrigeration, I am specifically referring to perishable items in a freezer that needs attention. Can you ensure that we get electricity back, soon as possible to avoid the escalation of our complaint?..should we not get the required service that we pay lots of money for, I am afraid someone else will have to be accountable for our expenses.
