I had booked an apptpointment at Spoil Yourself Bluff it had taken the nail techinican 2 and half hours to do arylic nails upon me guiding her to what i want she did not give me what what i wanted instead she had done her own thing had to put and remove twice cos she didnt look like she knew what to do, upon payment i had told the owner PAT im disstasified with my nails she replies oh come back some other time and we ort it out after me telling her i cant come back cos im going on holiday she tells me ok its R295, she over charged me as well the nails were on special for R250 which her Business advertised for and she insisted its R295 until the nail technicain corrected the docket, the owner is expoiting her workers as the lady was suppose to finish her shift at 6pm it was gone 7.45pm and we both were still there and she insisted that the nai technician now start a new client. i will not recommend their services espcially that she did nothing to compensate me for my dissatifaction and then wants to over charge on top of that.this is a big NO NO for me!!!
