My husband took in motorbike jacket for zip repair, along with gloves. Shop kept it for almost a month. When we went to inquire one day, were told the stitcher had taken it home to use a bigger machine - very suspect. When he finally got it back - minus the gloves which apparently are still being worked on - he was charged over R1000 for three zips. The workmanship is incomplete and shoddy. They had also charged him R350 for dry cleaning which he had not requested. He also never received a slip so, once again, I am very suspicious. Do not use this franchise.
