Sam does castings. she did castings of my son's hands and feet.
We were told that the casting would be done in 3 weeks. It took just over 2 months.
I constantly had to find out how things were going and always got rude and unhelpful responses.
I was on one occasion actually told (and I quote) ''stop stressing me out'' that was the second time that I asked how things were going almost a month and a half after she took the initial molds.
Two months, one week and four days after the initial mold I finally got my casting. I was completely horrified!
The casting itself looked unfinished and looked like it was going to fall apart. It was not painted properly. the white of the plaster was still showing in many places. The photo I sent to Sam to be Put next to the casting was cut out skew and not stuck on properly. The name plate with my son's name, birth date and age of cast was also put on skew. the Frame that the cast was put in was falling apart, not painted properly and had gaps all over the place. I am terribly unimpressed. I took it back and asked for it to be redone or my money back. I was denied both! Her website: [URL Removed]
