Almost 2 years ago I sold a property of mine with all the furniture included (tv as well). I phone them and emailed them to stop my account. A few months later I got a letter from their attorney for 2 years fees. I phoned them and explained everything. They asked me to send a letter from the estate agent to confirm date of sale and that the tv were included. I did that. But still I get letters from their attorney with a even bigger amount in arrears!
