Failure to cancel the subscription

After realizing that we were getting nothing back for this subscription service, I sent them an email with the instructions: "Please cancel my membership with immediate effect" on 24 January 2013. Farzaana George of their "Client Services" department replied on the 25th "Kindly be advised that we have sent your query through to the relevant department." Then nothing. I again sent them an email saying I wanted the subscription cancelled - is this too hard for them to understand! Today I phoned them (spoke to Fozia), and was told that I would have to speak to their "Client Services" who would explain the cancellation procedure to me!!! but no one was available to help right now!!! Avoid this firm at all costs!!
