Why my order is on hold

Just when I thought things were looking up with Avon, the same problem I had last year is back. My account is COD which means I pay for the box before I get. I am still receiving smses saying I have an overdue. I have place new order 5375868. Now this order is on hold. On the 28th of Sep 2012 I sent the proof of payment to Khanyisa and things where sorted. How many times should I send the stupid thing for you pple to get it right. This is very frustrating. Please sort this ASAP
