George Rennie is the body corporate of Delphi Court at 44 Howard Avenue in Benoni and I am owning one of the units. George Rennie is charging us to much levies whereas there is no mantainance, I am paying R1009, 00 for the levies but I only see a cleaning provided because some of the lights are not working, lifts, intercom are not working post boxes are not working and not in conditions, main entrance glass door is broken. When I visited their offices last year October after moving in here to complain about all these, a person incharge told me I must wait until I receive a welcome letter so that I can't email them and complain, a letter which I never received it until now. Some of us receive annual meeting invitations late after a meeting being held or not even receive them, so its difficult for us to elect our own members of the commity.
