I've been trying now for weeks to get an explanation out of them why our levies rates are so high, over R2k every month! I would like to see how this amount was calculated and justified. They just point blank refuse to return any of my calls nor respond to my emails sent. Then again, was the shoe on the other foot and I DIDN"T pay my levies in full or on time, the next thing I would receive is a lawyer's letter with immediate settlement of the FULL amount due without any further OR PRIOR correspondence relating thereto.
They are unreasonable, unfriendly and non-productive! What a waste of our monthly levies to pay them!
