I have been employed by Mr Billy Fikile as a debt collector at Mkhondo Municipality. After three months I was promised a salary increase in front of other employee of R5000-00, it never happened. Circumstances was bad and Mr Fikile made trouble at the municipality and then left me to sort it out with the municipal employees and he still wanted them to help us get our work done but he swear at them and threaten them. I was suppose to get commission on the moneys that we recover for the municipality, when I asked mr fikile about this he said I am complaining to much or he will come back he just need to go for a meeting and when I look for him so that we can discusse problems egg he disappeared and left for JHB. I was booked offsick because of circumstances at work, Mr Fikile phoned me and asked when I will be back at work, I told him and he said I must get back because he already appointed new people in my position and I must go back to train them. When I got back at work I got a coffee table where I was suppose to work. I then already started the CCMA case against him he phoned me, said he does not want me back at work, I told him to put it in writing, next I was suspended w
