Delivered package not ordered

Avon has done it again, they have sent the package that I did not order. Can Avon tell me how do they work.
They've kept on sending me sms telling about their campaign coming to an end with no order from me, all of the sudden when I come from work I receive this package from them.

I'm truly sick and tired with this company for repeating one thing over and over again. I no longer want to be your representative so if somebody can sort this out I'll be happy
