I contracted Big Ben to clean carpets in a new home. The service was abmismal! They arrived 2 hours later than what they promised - and kept me waiting around, lying to me saying they were around the corner every time. They were generally uncontactable when I tried to enquire where they were - voice mail, no one answering the phone and different excuses every time. Everytime using a different number and dealing with a different person - being sent from pillar to post. The staff looked dodgey and had a bad attitude and the manager / owner was even more rude. I have some more items I need cleaned, but Big Ben definitely won't be contacted again...
