I bought the new Listerine zero as a non drinker and after using it my mouth wall would peel off. i then lodge a complaint with Johnson & Johnson 30/09/2013 and they quickly responded, gave me a complementary token at a value of R120 and send a courier to collect the Listerine in question. since then i haven't heard from them and its been more that 60 days, they promise to do lab test on the product and give me feed back but i guess if the Listerine is affecting only one customer out of thousands that they have it does not matter. i wanted to know if their product is safe or not. they just lost a valuable customer who has been loyal to their product for years
