My mother was bought the big bottle of Beneline Codein and because its in a glass bottle it fell and broke. I then spoke to my friend and colleague and she also told me that she also encountered the same problem with the medication. She too bought the big bottle and it fell and broke. This was not the first incident like that with her, it was actually the second time her medicine broke. She said she contacted Johnson and Johnson via e-mail and no one responded to the mail. i think these are not the only 2 people who have the same complaint, there must many more out there. I can imagine a patient with athritis on the fingers who cannot hold something and staying alone with no assistance, then the bolltle just falls and hurts the person. I'm grateful this did not happen to my friend or mother. MY REQUEST IS THAT jOHNSON AND JOHNSON MUST PLEASE CHANGE THE PACKAGING FROM A GLASS BOTTLE TO A PLASTIC ONE TO SAVE PEOPLE MONEY. WE LOVE THE PRODUCT BUT ITS A DISADVANTAGE TO USE IT DUE TO THE PACKAGING.
