It took me 7 months to get ELMA MALAN in Cape Town, to have the last amount of approximately R7 000 reimbursed. With the help of Consumer Watch "The Star" newspaper, this would not have been possible. All you get is a generic email from them telling you they are looking into the matter and then to be told it is sitting at their financial services. Don't give up and don't think stopping it at the bank helps it just starts in 3 months again, as it is a telemarketing loop hole, . Don;t know who you spoke to because it definitely was not to a human!!! Has anybody got the contact details for PAYTOZA. - what is one allegedly paying for??
