Unknow Debit order from my account

Good day,

This is M Mokoana, my account has been debited from unknow people with the reference number of Teletop and coast to coast for the amount of R99.00 each, PayToza for R199, and MCC for 87.50. I reported the matter at the bank and i was given the contact details for stopping this debits however i was reffered to CAPICOL with the following number 0318292717 and no one is picking up. Please resolve this matter ASAP as im loosing a lot of money from this debits.
