Unauthorised Debit Orde

Debit order against my bank account - contacted Paytoza and they sent me a name and phone number. When I phone the number I spoke to a Mark Naidoo who says it is for Life insurance. When I said ZI have not taken out any cover he tell me that it must have been a capture error? Where do they get my banking details from? He says they cannot refund me due to it being past the 15th of the month and that I must go to my bank to reverse. This has gone off my acc for 2 months now.
