E-toll online registration not working

I have tried now on mulitple occasions to register to etolls online.
The website does not allow you to continue any form of account registration as it always goes back to the initial registration page.

So much for an effortless registration process. I now have to spend more money in going into one of their stores.
Again they are not ready, these issues should have been sorted over a year ago when they sasid they were ready.

And i refuse to hand over my account details in a non secure manner.
