I bought a Kirby through King of Kings trading on the 1st of December 2012. With delivery some attachements was still outstanding, which was promised to be delivered the same week. After making all the follow up calls to the Rep -Christopher- from our side they were now suddenly out of stock. Calling King of Kings the lady promised that someone will call us back, -never happened. After turning to to Kirby SA for a Raymond from king of kings called be back, after that i had to make all the follow up calls again, after numerous calls and complaints they "posted" the attachements and shampoo, which according to the rep would be delivered to my door. He during his demo stating that the bag is re useble which is just one to mention. Another was that if he sold this 1 last kirby he wins a trip to Spain.
I got fed up with all the and pormises and demanded a refund but the contact person (Raymonnd) supplied the owner with not even the half of my complaints, and twisted words.
I sent a email last week to all contact persons i could get hold of at Kirby and King og Kings, and NOBODY got back to me.
