As I have been having trouble with a MRP Home delivery that has not been delivered for 4 days and hearing that they cannot contact the couriers except via email. I used the link on the order number and found the company responsible for the delivery. On the site it says "On the Dot is dedicated to excellent customer service and has a dedicated Service Center to assist clients with queries." So when I called I assumed I would get more help than I received from Mr. Price's sorry excuse for Customer Service. This was actually a joke as the person I spoke to just gave me Mr Price's customer care number again. What is wrong with you people? If you are, and I have no doubt that you are, the people responsible for deliveries - you have an obligation to actually deliver and do not place false claims of excellent service on your website when you deliver no such thing.
