I had requested parts for my lawn mower about 3 months ago from the above mentioned company. However it had taken a very long time for the company to get the parts or to provide me with any feedback. I have been in contact with the salesman Nivesh however he is extremely unhelpful. Each time I call him he assures me that he shall call back in a few minutes however i get no such call. I have been waiting for a quotation for the past 2 days. I am extremely unhappy with the service that I have received. Ryobi should send there staff for some sort of customer service training.
