The amount billed on my annual subscription to [URL Removed] was less than usual. Daft question, I know, but I had to ask "Why? ". Christina, who took my call, asked the powers-that-be and their answer was that there had been a typo, but - and here comes the lekker part - I would not be billed for the difference, as it was their mistake. Seriously! How's that for a great attitude?
