Updated my my policy in November 2013. The free on it is R1963.76 TOTAL. For everything!
End of November billed: R2057.10
End of December billed: R1963.77 (without complaining or bringing it to their attention.)
January billed: 10 Jan: R68.81? (why? Who knows!!)
End of January billed: R2057.60
Call center says I changed something on my policy... No I did not! that's why the R68.81 was added randomly on the 10th.
Call center says the other increase is because of my normal annual increase... um... what!
then why did you not increase it for December? only November and now in Jan? I didn't get a notification of this and I'm sure annual mean every year?
Getting really tired and this is not the first time their billing is up to. Last time they only over charged me by a few THOUSAND ontop of my normal amount through my debit order and then took a week to give it back!!
O and by the way just proved it again that the "please call me back" doesn't work unless you threaten to leave them in the explanation.
