Not wanting to take responsibility

On Saturday my fiance and I were shopping Ndofaya Mall. We drove out of the parking area and as we drive out the gate, the wind pushed the entrance gate and it hit our car on the passenger's side. It damaged it BADLY! The head of security was then called to the scene. The guards explained to him what happened, He did his own investigation and found that the gate was not fastened as it should have been. He mentioned that he did advise the Centre Management to install the roller gate instead of the ones that they have. Bear in mind the main (which we used to go in and out) enterance does not bear the board that states that we are parked at our own risk. We then contacted the center Manager by the name of Lunga on 083 715 8637. who took 2hrs to get to the scene. He advised that him and his bosses will look at the video footage to establish what transpired and give us feedback on Monday. on Monday WE contacted him and he advised that his boss who doesn't want to be bothered hasn't given him feedback. This morning WE CALL him and he tells us that they have decided that its not the centre's responsibility, there is a disclaimers board stating that we are parked at our own risk! Pls assis
