Poor Service, No point in paying accounts

I have been trying to get someone to assist me regarding the removal of a judgement. Documents were sent from Esterhyuz Attorneys (Prodebt Online) on the 20th of June for my credit profile to be updated. I have made several calls to the call centre. All they tell me is the documents were not recieved and when they do recieve it, it will take 20 days. How is this possible. I have been bugging the attorneys, they even sent me the court order to recind the judgement and said that I must try to contact the credit bureu. What must I do now... My account is paid, the court granted the recision but still no joy. I will need to seek assistance from the NCR next. I dont see the point in paying the accounts or repairing credit when the consumer still cant be assisted..
