NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JAYMARK - APPALLING

Several years ago Jaymark were contracted to damp proof a slab on an alteration at my house. The area concerned is no leaking badly and several months ago Phil at Jaymark came around, viewed the job and promised to proceed with fixing the problem. Months passed no action and Phil did not answer either my calls or emails. I managed to contact his partner Sean a month ago, he viewed the job, quoted, I accepted the quote and asked them to proceed. Subsequently Sean won't answer my calls or emails. I have persisted with this firm as other companies are only prepared to do the whole job over i.e. lifting all the tiles, rebuilding structures on the slab, re waterproofing etc. Jaymark do not appear to be a member of an association so I do not know where to turn. The entire matter is being handled very unprfessionally. I have never encountred anything like this before.
