The person confirming dates, Suzanne, is very rude. I sent e request for an early date for a massage, and she replied confirming my appointment for a completely different date 2 weeks later without even consulting me and checking if I was available. Then, they marked my GroupOn vouchers as redeemed, so I could not get refunded easily. The woman on the phone was very rude and when I insisted for a massage on my preferred date, she said "That's not happening! " Outrageously bad service! They only started apologizing a few days later when it was clear they could not get away with refunding me. It looks like they just want to get people's money and don't care about the customer's experience.
