I handed my vehicle for panel repairs 3 weeks ago. I was told it will be ready within two to two and half weeks.
I called numerous times and my vehicle was promised to be delivered by on a certain day. 4 Promises and 4 different days. No delivery. Now my car hire has expired.
Do they know what they doing there? Why do they make false promises? Even the workshop manager is obviously to what's going on. The GM is more interested in me understanding that he was on leave so he doesn't know.
Very poor service and very unprofessional business ethic.
