Ofuss Services had a contract to supply stationery at the school where my children attend. I ordered stationery with them in October 2012 and struggled to obtain my order up until the schools opened on the 16th of January 2013. When the order was delivered on the day the schools opened, half of the things I had ordered were missing. I couldn't allow my children to suffer any longer as they would have fallen behind in class due to stationery shortages so I bought the outstanding items and now I am battling to get my refund from them.
