Last week i purchased a cinnabon classic roll and it was dry and had hairs on it. unfortunately i was unable to go back to the shop to complain. so i left it as that.
Today i was at Killarney Mall Cinnabon store again, and i purchased a pack of Cinnabon Sticks. due to limited time, i was rushing back to work and didn't check the goods at the store. when i got back to work, the sticks were dry and the bottom ends weren't cooked properly, . it was still doughy.
I never had a problem with Cinnabon before but now i see it is becoming a trend. the quality isn't good anymore. I am very unhappy about this as we are paying for things that we cant consume properly. Yet I love it, soon i will not be able to purchase it anymore.
