Poor quality

I have been smoking camel for about a year now and i was very impressed by them. but recently the quality has been very disappointing. I find at least 3 cigarettes per pack with hard chunks of tobacco. Its really not acceptable. I contacted them on there site but I'm still waiting to hear from them after more than a week.
