On 18th Jan 2013, my Family where armed robbed and with over 1 hour of been tied up enduring the nightmare happening infront of us, the robbers triggered the alarm of the door and Monitornet responded, less then 3-4 min, response officers was on the scene, pursuing the robbers, Petrus came in the house to assist us by untying us and ensuring our safety 1st, when SAPS arrived less then 10min later (miracles do happen WOW!!) Alex and Martin brought the 1 captured Suspect in for identification, Martin assured us our safety through out the night by giving us peace of mind and i felt that they have been more then helpful and outstanding in there Job, I would like to thank the Officers that all assisted us that morning from the control room to the Officers on the scene, Petrus and Alex and Martin you have given us more trust and Faith in believing that armed response officer are dedicated to serving there clients in the best of there ability and also thanks to Waldo for the tech repairs the same day.
My sons believe that they saw Hero's that day rescuing us from evil and i told them they will be Hero's to us and Peace Keepers to others. Thank you once again.
