My wife was pregnant and I called the company up asking them to assist me with relocation to the UK and promises were made that no matter what they would get me there. I arranged to pay them R11800 over a period of three months. They promised to guide me through the application as well.
Once the money was paid and I was ready to submit they tell me I need to book my own IELTS english test and in the beginning I was told that they would facilitate the application in its entirety. They also were going to do a CV for me, bank account in the UK and also mobile phone.
On the 09th July 2012, the law for my application had changed although this would not affect us but they told us that we needed to submit before the 9th. This was impossible as we were waiting on the IELTS results. They then captured my application and made an appointment. Before my case was finally decided they close my case. No services were fulfilled, no response to my e mails. They update my CV incorrectly so it looks to employers like i did nothing for a year. They refuse to refund me but have also not delivered the services advertised on their site. Promise to call but never do!
