I sold my Kruger Rand to the Cresta Shop on Saturday the 12th of October and was promised payment on Monday. I still have not received payment 4 days later. I have spoken to the salesman Brendon, who has not been able to tell me why (although he has been very helpful trying to find out) I have not been paid except that there was a mess up in accounts. I spoke to the regional managers PA Reeva she has not got back to me. No one seems able or willing to tell me why they can not give me my money as no one has been able to get a hold of their accountant Leeanne.
Scoin Shop is a major company dealing with very expensive and personal coins, this type of stuff should not be happening, it seems that their accounts department is incompetent if you can not make a single payment within 4 days and keep promising to do it and then just not being bothered!
