I ordered a parcel online on the 4/08/2013 and have still not received it.
It has now been 2 and a half months that have passed and still nothing, so I decided to check the tracking number - II281922277ZA and it was last scanned in at DURMAIL (HUB) on the 19/08/2013! I called the support line only to find out it's been detained by SARS. How do I resolve this situation as I keep getting bounced from one person to the next and the contents of the parcel is a toy gift (nothing that should be an issue).
The number I have called is 031 336 33 33, could somebody please escalate this query. I can't understand why they did not contact me if it's been sitting there for so long...
