I had a ring made by this business and when picked up it was completely something else as we agreed upon. They then made a ring completely what they thought is good enough. I had to take it like it is because I got engage the next day. I was very unhappy and they even called security to take me out of the shop, witch they did not. I got the ring made by another person and he informed me that the gold they have used is not 18 caret as claimed on the stamp. I also bought a watch from them and soon the watch stopped working, I took it in and they discovered that the battery acid is running out and the watch will be sent to the manufacturer. The person/owner said they will inform me after 5 days of what they are going to do. That was 2/10/2013. Today when I called them the same person said that they have no answer yet, when I mentioned that they said 5 days the person got rude and hung up in my ears. I urgently what my money back for the ring and watch as I do not trust these people any-more.
