I refer to my complaint regarding Crossbow Marketing dated 10 October 2013 and hereby wish to WITHDRAW my complaint as the matter has been resolved promptly and very efficiently which I am happy to report. I would like to thank Mr John Le Roux from Crossbow Marketing for responding to my complaint and expressing his sincere apology.
