My Name is Anrika.
I was entering the Mall through the parking area on the side of the stadium. It was the Macufe weekend.
I walked up the stairs to go to the shops and banks, and Security ran after me, and removed me from the mall because i entered through the parking. Because i did not have a parking ticket on me they threw me out.
What was the meaning of this??? And why do you treat clients like this!!! They treated me like a criminal, and i feel so embarrassed that i think im goin to lay a law suite against the mall for emotional stress!!
I will never support this Mall again!!!
If this is how you treat customers, you should be ashamed of yourself!!!
