Purchased online and paid via credit card on 18/09/13 (via Payfast). Had problems completing my shipping address online. Sent emails & queries via the website. Have been phoning since 018/09/13 - was told "low on supplies, your order will be sent". HOW DO THEY KNOW WHERE TO SEND THE ORDER TO WHEN THEY DON'T KNOW MY ADDRESS OR ACKNOWLEDGE MY EMAILS WHEREIN I STATE MY ADDRESS? I am of the opinion I have been (once again) - I will never purchase anything online again in my life!
