On the 31st August 2013 R99 was debited off my account. For Teletop who is that and why am i being debited. i don't think that its right for something like that if i have not agreed to it or signed a debit order form.
If StratCol is a real debit order collection company would now that they need to contact the customer for payment arrangements. However the above mentioned R99 is not my debit order that is going off on my account. Please sort this out asap.
