We recently used the services of Brandon's Poolcare to move our pool pump/filter system a distance of 5metres within our garden. We will never use them again and DO NOT recommend that anyone use them in the future.
They sent out a guy promptly to quote, but upon accepting the quote (80% deposit later) the workmen were over four hours late in arriving, even after I had confirmed the time in writing with the office. Unacceptable when you have stayed at home for the sole purpose of letting the work guys in. I'm then told that the quote is incorrect, that the original guy who quoted is 'on leave and can't be contacted' that the '1 day job' will now take four days and that they put the sentence 'additional charges may be incurred for unforseen circumtances' on the invoices so I must not complain if they charge me extra.
Several arguments later, I had two very nice men move the pool pump, but who were unfortunately empolyed by people who clearly have no constomer service etiquette, nor do they seem to have any time-management capabilities.
The job has been completed, and everything does work; but it certainly wasn't a pleasure. There has to be better than Brandon's Poolcare.
