I bought a corset online from Tricha's Lingerie for an important occasion. After two weeks of paying and showing proof of payment, I was informed (I had to ask to find out) that that specific corset was out of stock. I then asked for pictures of other corsets that were available. I did not receive a reply and randomly out of my own, chose another corset. After that I emailed them many times asking about the status of my order, with once again, no reply. Their terms and conditions (on their website) state that goods ordered from them can be expected no later than 18 days after proof of payment was received by them. I am currently PAST the 18 days (and apparently the package is not yet on its way to me), my deadline is incredibly close and I have experienced incredibly poor service from them. I feel that it is unacceptable for me to be treated this way, especially after I have paid the amount in full. I am very unhappy and I will NEVER buy anything from them again, nor will I refer anyone to them.
